CONDITIONS
By commissioning me, you accept and agree to my TOS.
FOR COMMISSION
PAYMENT
◞ Full payment/half-prepaid via PayPal only.
◞ Remaining balance must be paid after the base model preview is completed.
◞ No refunds are allowed once the commission starts.
3D MODELING/EDITING PROCESS◞Everything will be discussed either on X, or Discord.◞ Please provide character references, existing 3D models, or specific instructions.◞ If you don't have a character sheet/avatar base, additional charges will apply for brainstorming and design work.◞ Both parties must own the avatars/asset, If I do not own one of the items you must use the GIFT function on BOOTH or gumroad.◞ Once the design and basic concept are confirmed, no changes to the reference models are allowed.◞ Maximum 5 revisions during the modeling process, after the main upload which extra charges will apply for further revisions.◞ No major revisions are allowed once the model has been fully completed and is ready for upload.◞ I reserve the right to decline commissions if I feel uncomfortable with the project.
◞ UPLOAD ONLY
◞ The Project will be deleted from 3 days to a week, If any adjustments are needed that will cost extra.
TIMELINE
◞ Completion time is estimated to be 3-4 weeks or longer, depending on the queue and complexity of the commission. I will inform you if there are any changes to the timeline.
◞ Rush commissions are available; discuss based on the timeline
WHAT I CAN AND CANNOT DO
I can edit:
◞ 3D avatars for VRChat, Both BOOTH and Gumroad
◞ Custom textures/accessories for avatars, costs extra.
◞ Blender edits, custom blender facial edits/body edits.
◞ Adjusting Gumroad clothes to BOOTH avatars using Blender + weight-painting
I cannot edit:◞ Mecha or overly complex designs.◞ R18 CONTENT◞ Realistic models or extreme anatomical modifications.
RIGHTS
◞ I retain the right to use the finished work for social media promotion and portfolio purposes.
◞ You may not redistribute, resell, or trace any of the work. Please respect the integrity of the artist’s work.
◞ Commissioned work is for personal use only unless otherwise specified or agreed upon.COMMERCIAL LICENSE FOR GUMROAD!!
◞ Promotional or streaming use: + 100%
◞ Merchandise use: + 100%
◞ NDA or private commission: + 30%Booth's system works in a way where you are not entitled to use the models for merchandise use, However you are allowed to use them for Streaming. If you'd like to commission me for an entirely Gumroad-based avatar please DM me (๑ > ᴗ < ๑)Please Learn the rules for BOOTH and Gumroad as it just makes the process a lot easier. Both entirely different sites based in different countries.WARNING
I do not allow my work to be used in NFTs or AI-based platforms under any circumstances.
